## Products

**What are your products made from?**
Our boxes and inserts are 3D printed using high-quality filament materials selected for durability and finish quality. Every piece is made in our shop — not outsourced, not mass-produced.

**Are your products made to order?**
Yes. Shelf items are fulfilled from on-hand inventory (1–3 business days processing). Custom orders — including out-of-stock sizes and color variations — are made specifically for you (3–5 business days processing).

**Can I request a custom size or color?**
Yes. If you don't see the size or color you need, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible. Custom orders are listed separately or arranged directly through us.

**How precise are the fits between boxes and inserts?**
Very. Our background is in Tool and Die manufacturing and precision machining — tolerances and fit quality are not an afterthought. Inserts are designed and tested to seat correctly in their matching box.

**How long until my order ships?**
Shelf items: 1–3 business days. Custom orders: 3–5 business days. See our full [Shipping Policy] for details.

**Do you ship internationally?**
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified.

**Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?**
Contact us as soon as possible at growinginnovationllc@gmail.com. We begin production quickly, and once an item is in progress we cannot cancel or modify the order.

**Do you accept returns?**

**What if my order arrives damaged?**
We will refund damaged items caused by shipping. Photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our [Refund Policy] for the full process.
