## Processing Times
Every Growing Innovation product is made by hand. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
**Shelf Items** (in-stock products)
1–3 business days
**Custom Orders** (out-of-stock items, specialty sizes, or color variations)
3–5 business days
Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our shop.

## Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Delivery time is in addition to processing time and varies by your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

## Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

## Shipping Damage
We pack every order carefully, but damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for next steps. Photograph the damage and the packaging before discarding anything — this is required to process a claim.
