## All Sales Final

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any shelf items or custom orders.

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. Each piece is inspected before it ships. If you have a question about a product before purchasing, please contact us — we're happy to help you make the right choice.

## Damaged in Shipping

We will issue a full refund for items that arrive damaged due to shipping. To be eligible:

1. **Document the damage immediately.** Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging (box, padding, and all) before discarding anything.
2. **Contact us within 7 days of delivery** at growinginnovationllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
3. Once we review your claim, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to process a damage claim.

## Custom Orders

Custom orders (specialty sizes, out-of-stock items, and color variations made to your specifications) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of shipping damage as described above.
